Aceste materiale pot cauza daune la marginea acoperi\u015fului. Acesta este rezultatul unui num\u0103r de factori:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efectul razelor solare (c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u015fi raze UV)<\/li>\n<li>Diferen\u0163e de expansiune dintre substructur\u0103 \u015fi capac<\/li>\n<li>Umflarea bitumului din cauza punctului sc\u0103zut de topire<\/li>\n<li>Desprinderea p\u0103r\u0163ii lipite a marginii acoperi\u015fului<\/li>\n<li>Daune mecanice ale marginii acoperi\u015fului<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aceste efecte d\u0103un\u0103toare pot fi evitate prin acoperirea complet\u0103 a marginii acoperi\u015fului cu un capac de titan-zinc. Dac\u0103 este folosit NedZink NTZ&reg; \u015fi este pus &icirc;n oper\u0103 cu m\u0103iestria necesar\u0103, durata de via\u0163\u0103 poate fi de 50 ani sau mai mult.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz4abb01_english.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz4abb02_english.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz4abb03_english.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz4abb04_english.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Construc\u0163ia pentru o cl\u0103dire nou\u0103<\/h2>\n<p>Capacele de titan-zinc sunt proiectate conform exemplului din fig. 1,2,3 sau 4. Detalii importante de luat &icirc;n seam\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partea cu picur\u0103tor poate fi realizat\u0103 prin &icirc;ndoire sau a\u015fa numitul picur\u0103tor plat de cel pu\u0163in 35 mm &icirc;n\u0103l\u0163ime, vezi fig. 1 \u015fi respectiv 2.<\/li>\n<li>Partea superioar\u0103 a capacului de titan-zinc trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 pant\u0103 &icirc;n jos spre acoperi\u015f sau prev\u0103zut\u0103 cu o margine de acoperire, vezi fig. 2 \u015fi 3.<\/li>\n<li>Capacul de titan-zinc este prins cu cleme cu o l\u0103\u0163ime de cel pu\u0163in 80\/100 mm care sunt prinse de marginea acoperi\u015fului cu cel pu\u0163in 2 \u015furuburi sau cuie de zinc. Distan\u0163a dintre cleme poate ajunge la maxim 1 metru. Se recomand\u0103 amplasarea clemelor la o distan\u0163\u0103 de 500 mm pentru capacul de titan-zinc cu l\u0103\u0163ime de 450\/500 mm sau mai mare.<\/li>\n<li>Dac\u0103 se folose\u015fte o plac\u0103 de sus\u0163inere (ne-plan\u0103\/f\u0103r\u0103 feder), atunci clema poate fi ata\u015fat\u0103 cu un cui la marginea placii. Astfel se reduce riscul ca acoperirea cu titan-zinc s\u0103 se despind\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>&Icirc;n cazul &icirc;n care capacele de titan-zinc sunt folosite la lungime de 3 metri, atunci se folosesc cleme la marginea acoperi\u015fului &icirc;ntre &icirc;mbin\u0103rile sudate, vezi fig. 2 \u015fi 5.<br \/>\n\tMaterialul clemelor trebuie s\u0103 fie de cel pu\u0163in 0.80 mm grosime, 1.00 mm de preferat.<\/li>\n<li>Folosirea clemelor din o\u0163el inoxidabil sau galvanizat se recomand\u0103 pentru capacul de zinc cu partea lung\u0103 &icirc;n pant\u0103 de &gt; 100\/150 mm. Acela\u015fi lucru se aplic\u0103 \u0219i &icirc;n cazul capacelor de zinc de o l\u0103\u0163ime de 450\/500 mm, prin care capacul de zinc este considerat mai degrab\u0103 ca foaie pentru acoperi\u015f. Num\u0103rul clemelor trebuie adaptat.<\/li>\n<li>La o &icirc;n\u0103l\u0163ime de peste 20m, num\u0103rul clemelor cre\u015fte.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru prevenirea daunelor capacelor de titan-zinc ale acoperi\u015fului, acestea sunt prev\u0103zute cu o margine pliat\u0103 la marginea acoperi\u015fului \u015fi trebuie s\u0103 se termine la aproximativ 20 mm de buz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Capacele de zinc trebuie s\u0103 fie sudate unul de altul la lungimi de p&acirc;n\u0103 la 12 metri, cu o suprapunere de cel pu\u0163in 15 mm. Sudura &icirc;mbin\u0103rii trebuie s\u0103 curg\u0103 pe cel pu\u0163in 10mm. Dup\u0103 12 metri trebuie instalat un element de compensare a dilat\u0103rii, la alegere, vezi fig. 6.<br \/>\n\tDac\u0103 se folose\u015fte un element de dilatare cauciucat, acesta se instaleaz\u0103 din 9 &icirc;n 9 metri. Amplasa\u0163i capacul de titan-zinc la 3 cm unul deasupra celuilalt. Suda\u0163i marginile de titan-zinc ale elementului de dilatare de cele dou\u0103 capace. Acoperi\u0163i partea cauciucat\u0103 cu o pies\u0103 de titan-zinc, care va fi sudat\u0103 doar de o parte.<\/li>\n<li>Profilul capacului de titan-zinc trebuie realizat &icirc;n a\u015fa fel &icirc;nc&acirc;t s\u0103 &ldquo;cad\u0103 liber &rdquo;, cu un spa\u0163iu de cel pu\u0163in 5 mm pe toate p\u0103r\u0163ile, peste baz\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Acoperirea trebuie lipit\u0103 pe toat\u0103 lungimea marginii acoperi\u015fului.<\/li>\n<li>&Icirc;n cazul acoperi\u015furilor cu pietri\u015f, partea &icirc;n pant\u0103 cu titan-zinc trebuie acoperit\u0103 c&acirc;\u0163iva centimetri cu pietri\u015f, vezi fig.1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz4abb05_english.jpg\" \/><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz4abb06_english.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Instalarea &icirc;n cazul construc\u0163iilor noi.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pentru lungimi de 1 metru:<\/strong><br \/>\nAlege\u0163i, pe c&acirc;t posibil, direc\u0163ia de instalare de la dreapta la st&acirc;nga, &icirc;ncep&acirc;nd cu marginea de col\u0163, iar capacul de titan-zinc va fi prins deasupra primei cleme la aproximativ 300 mm de col\u0163. La fiecare &icirc;mbinare, clema este prins\u0103 pe jum\u0103tate sub capacul de titan-zinc deja a\u015fezat \u015fi securizat. Urm\u0103torul capac de titan-zinc este a\u015fezat deasupra celui precedent cu o suprapunere de 15 mm. Instalarea este mai simpl\u0103 atunci c&acirc;nd sec\u0163iunea pliat\u0103 a picur\u0103torului \u015fi marginea acoperi\u015fului fiec\u0103rui capac de titan-zinc sunt t\u0103iate evazat. Continua\u0163i &icirc;n acest fel p&acirc;n\u0103 la acoperirea &icirc;ntreag\u0103 a aticului, dup\u0103 care &icirc;mbin\u0103rile (f\u0103r\u0103 &icirc;mbin\u0103rile de dilatare) pot fi cositorite. Pentru cositorire vezi Manualul Tehnic Nedzink referitor la cositorire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pentru lungimi de 3 metri:<\/strong><br \/>\nPrima clem\u0103 este prins\u0103 manual &icirc;nainte pentru fiecare lungime \u015fi &icirc;n acela\u015fi timp urm\u0103toarele 2 cleme sunt prinse la o distan\u0163\u0103 de 1 \u015fi 3 metri fa\u021b\u0103 de prima, vezi fig. 5. Clemele trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 o lungime &icirc;n exces de atic &icirc;n vederea &icirc;ndoirii &icirc;n sus mai t&acirc;rziu. Pentru restul, se aplic\u0103 procedura descris\u0103 &icirc;nainte, cu avantajul c\u0103 doar o treime din &icirc;mbin\u0103rile sudate trebuie s\u0103 fie executate.<\/p>\n<h2>Construc\u0163ia &icirc;n cazul renov\u0103rilor<\/h2>\n<p>Sunt dou\u0103 metode principale pentru realizarea acestei construc\u0163ii:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pentru repararea aticului existent al unui acoperi\u015f, se &icirc;ncepe construc\u0163ia &icirc;n acela\u015fi mod ca &icirc;n cazul unei construc\u0163ii noi. Marginea existent\u0103 trebuie &icirc;ndep\u0103rtat\u0103 \u015fi placarea acoperi\u015fului peste marginea reparat\u0103 aproximativ 20 cm pe suprafa\u0163a acestuia. Se va continua construc\u0163ia ca pentru una nou\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Dac\u0103 dup\u0103 &icirc;ndep\u0103rtarea marginii t\u0103iate r\u0103m&acirc;n foi de aluminiu nedeteriorate \u015fi prinse bine, atunci aceste foi pot fi folosite drept cleme pentru partea exterioar\u0103 a capacului de titan-zinc. Cealalt\u0103 parte a capacului de titan-zinc este prins\u0103 cu ajutorul clemelor normale de titan-zinc, o\u0163el inoxidabil sau galvanizat, vezi fig. 4. Dac\u0103 este aleas\u0103 aceast\u0103 metod\u0103, se recomand\u0103 realizarea unei piese de test pentru a verifica prinderea &icirc;n diverse p\u0103r\u0163i ale marginii acoperi\u015fului &icirc;nainte de a &icirc;ncepe producerea capacelor de titan-zinc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Instalarea cu elemente existente ale acoperi\u015fului<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Repara\u0163i placarea erodat\u0103 \u015fi\/sau cr\u0103pat\u0103 a p\u0103r\u0163ii superioare aproximativ 20 cm din suprafa\u0163a acoperi\u015fului.<\/li>\n<li>Verifica\u0163i dac\u0103 partea t\u0103iat\u0103 de aluminiu este prins\u0103 bine de atic, repara\u0163i dac\u0103 este necesar.<\/li>\n<li>T\u0103ia\u0163i o bucat\u0103 de 1 cm din partea de margine a acoperi\u015fului la cel pu\u0163in fiecare 4 metri, astfel ca marginea t\u0103iat\u0103 a acoperi\u015fului s\u0103 se extind\u0103 liber.<\/li>\n<li>La instalarea lungimilor de 1 metru: se prinde o clem\u0103 la fiecare &icirc;mbinare sudat\u0103 conform fig. 4.<\/li>\n<li>La instalarea lungimilor de 3 metri se prinde o clem\u0103 la fiecare &icirc;mbinare sudat\u0103 \u015fi la aproximativ un metru distan\u0163\u0103 &icirc;ntre celelalte 2 cleme conform fig. 5.<br \/>\n\tClema trebuie s\u0103 permit\u0103 mi\u015fcarea capacului de titan-zinc.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru capace lungi de titan-zinc trebuie prev\u0103zut un dispozitiv de dilatare la fiecare 12 metri, vezi fig. 6.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Observa\u0163ii.<\/h2>\n<p>Folosirea p\u0103r\u0163ilor t\u0103iate de aluminiu drept clem\u0103 continu\u0103 pentru capacul de titan-zinc se recomand\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 probleme de coroziune a zincului datorit\u0103 poten\u0163ialului sc\u0103zut al aluminiului fa\u0163\u0103 de cel al zincului. Se poate lua &icirc;n considerare o pies\u0103 de col\u0163, instalat\u0103 cu un spa\u0163iu recomandat de 5 mm, care s\u0103 deserveasc\u0103 drept pies\u0103 de dilatare. Alternativ se poate instala un dispozitiv de compensare a dilat\u0103rii la aproximativ 1 metru de col\u0163 pe ambele p\u0103r\u0163i . Expansiunea liber\u0103 a capacului de titan-zinc trebuie mereu avut\u0103 &icirc;n vedere.<\/p>\n<h3>Capace de atic<\/h3>\n<p>Principiul de construire a capacului de titan-zinc pentru aticele acoperi\u015fului poate fi aplicat f\u0103r\u0103 rezerve la capacul pere\u0163ilor.
