Daca acoperi\u015ful este corect construit, este eliminat\u0103 orice coroziune a tablei de titan-zinc cauzat\u0103 de condensul apei dinspre interior.<\/p>\n<table border=\"1\" cellpadding=\"10\" cellspacing=\"0\" height=\"147\" width=\"406\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p>Din punct de vedere structural, proiectarea unui acoperi\u015f de titan-zinc este similar\u0103 cu cea a unei fa\u0163ade. &Icirc;n aceast\u0103 recomandare tehnic\u0103 am discutat doar de acoperi\u015furi care au o pant\u0103 &icirc;ntre 3&deg; \u015fi 90&deg;. Acoperi\u015furile plane sau cu o pant\u0103 mai mic\u0103 de 3&deg; trebuie, pe c&acirc;t posibil, s\u0103 nu fie realizate din titan-zinc dec&acirc;t dac\u0103 aria acoperi\u015fului este mai mic\u0103 de 15 mp, de exemplu peste lucarne sau copertine.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz5_picture_01.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; border-style: solid; width: 632px; height: 434px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Principiul de construire este ilustrat &icirc;n fig. 1.<br \/>\nIdentificarea componentelor din interior c\u0103tre exterior:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div>Tavan &ndash; orice tip, care trebuie s\u0103 suporte materialul izolator, sau s\u0103 aib\u0103 izola\u0163ia ata\u015fat\u0103<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Membran\u0103 de control vapori<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>C\u0103priori de sus\u0163inere &ndash; de obicei din lemn<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Termoizola\u021bie din orice material &icirc;ntre c\u0103priori. Este indicat ca aceasta s\u0103 fie continu\u0103 sub c\u0103priori, &icirc;ns\u0103 acest sistem necesit\u0103 o construc\u0163ie diferit\u0103. &nbsp;<br \/>\n\tGrosimea stratului de material izolant depinde de materialul folosit \u015fi de gradul de izola\u0163ie necesar.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Spa\u0163iul de ventilare: grosimea depinde de panta acoperi\u015fului (vezi tabel)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Astereal\u0103: Dac\u0103 se folose\u015fte titan-zinc, tipul preferat de lemn este cel rindeluit, cu grosime de minim 22 mm. Trebuie s\u0103 fie un spa\u0163iu de minim 5 mm &icirc;ntre elementele din lemn. Dac\u0103 panta dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte 45&deg;,&nbsp;substructura poate fi din elementele de lemn cu spa\u0163iu &icirc;ntre ele de p&acirc;n\u0103 la 10 cm.&nbsp;Cuiele trebuie s\u0103 fie &icirc;ngropate pentru a preveni contactul cu zincul. Ideal, cuiele trebuie s\u0103 fie galvanizate sau din inox.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Tipul de &icirc;nvelitoare NedZink &icirc;n func\u0163ie de tipul acoperi\u015fului. Principalele op\u0163iuni sunt: sistemul cu fal\u021b pe \u015fipc\u0103, fal\u0163ul vertical, panouri orizontale sau sistemul NedZink.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Cum se formeaz\u0103 condensul apei<\/h2>\n<h3>Aspecte de proiectare<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedzink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cms\/userfiles\/images\/tz5_picture_02.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; border-style: solid; width: 632px; height: 434px;\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Fig. 2 Curba temperaturii \u015fi presiunea vaporilor de ap\u0103 &icirc;ntr-o structur\u0103 ventilat\u0103<\/h3>\n<p>Acoperi\u015furile sunt supuse stresului produs de for\u0163ele mecanice, dar \u015fi de aspectele fizice ale cl\u0103dirii. Acestea includ temperaturile fluctuante, care pot varia &icirc;ntre &#8211; 20&deg; C \u015fi + 80&deg; C, \u015fi diferen\u0163ele dintre umiditatea aerului din interior \u015fi exterior. &Icirc;n situa\u0163ia des &icirc;nt&acirc;lnit\u0103, c&acirc;nd temperatura intern\u0103 (Ti) este mai mare ca temperatura extern\u0103(Te), se &icirc;nt&acirc;mpl\u0103 ca umiditatea aerului din interior s\u0103 fie mai mare ca cea din exterior (vezi fig.2)<\/p>\n<p>Diferen\u0163a de presiune (Pi &ndash; Pe) face ca vaporii s\u0103 se deplaseze prin structura acoperi\u015fului din interior c\u0103tre exterior. Dac\u0103 acoperi\u015ful nu este construit corect, condensul sau &icirc;nghe\u0163ul se vor forma pe interiorul relativ rece al titan-zincului.<\/p>\n<h3>Deteriorarea \u015fi preven\u0163ia<\/h3>\n<p>Condensul excesiv poate d\u0103una &icirc;n mai multe moduri. De exemplu, poate d\u0103una titan-zincului pe intrados ca rezultat al coroziunii, sau s\u0103 d\u0103uneze din cauza umidit\u0103\u0163ii &icirc;n unele p\u0103r\u0163i ale structurii suport (coroziunea metalului, putrezirea sau muceg\u0103irea lemnului).&nbsp; Etan\u015farea total\u0103 &icirc;n interior nu este solu\u0163ia corect\u0103: &icirc;n practic\u0103 nu se poate face, \u015fi &icirc;n termenii regl\u0103rii umidit\u0103\u0163ii nu este de dorit acest lucru.<\/p>\n<p>&Icirc;n m\u0103sura ob\u0163inerii unei mi\u015fc\u0103ri optime a vaporilor \u015fi pentru a evita riscul de stric\u0103ciuni, trebuie urma\u021bi doi pa\u015fi pentru realizarea acestui lucru:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La interiorul izola\u0163iei termice se pune o membran\u0103 de control vapori<\/li>\n<li>Se prevede un spa\u0163iu de ventilare &icirc;n exteriorul izola\u0163iei termice pentru a permite ventilarea cu aerul exterior<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>A.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Membrana de control vapori<\/h3>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 membran\u0103 este necesar\u0103:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pentru a permite transferul c\u0103tre exterior a unei cantit\u0103\u021bi optime de vapori veni\u0163i dinspre interior (vapori produ\u015fi de ocupan\u0163i). Se recomand\u0103 utilizarea unei membrane care controleaz\u0103 transmiterea vaporilor, cu o valoare Sd = 10.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru a face structura etan\u015f\u0103 la uscare \u015fi pentru a preveni ca aerul din interior s\u0103 circule direct prin spa\u0163iul de ventilare. Spa\u0163iul de ventilare este &icirc;n contact direct cu aerul din exterior, astfel c\u0103 aerul poate circula prin g\u0103urile sau spa\u0163iile prost etan\u015fate ale acesteia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Membrana de control vapori nu este necesar\u0103 &icirc;n toate situa\u021biile. De exemplu unde structura de sub spa\u0163iul de ventilare are o valoare a controlului de vapori mai mare de 10. Totu\u015fi, &icirc;n aceste cazuri, sec\u0163iunea de ventila\u0163ie \u015fi deschiderile de ventia\u0163ie ale aerului trebuie sa corespund\u0103 valorilor din tabel, iar protec\u021bia trebuie prevazut\u0103 pentru a etan\u0219a cr\u0103p\u0103turile dintre spa\u0163iul de ventilare \u015fi spa\u0163iul interior.<\/p>\n<h3>B.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Spa\u0163iul de ventilare<\/h3>\n<p>Spa\u0163iul de ventilare trebuie sa fie &icirc;n contact direct cu aerul exterior prin guri de ventilare &icirc;n cel mai jos \u015fi &icirc;n cel mai sus punct al acoperi\u015fului sau fa\u0163adei. Aerul va avea liber\u0103 circula\u0163ie prin aceste deschideri, f\u0103r\u0103 obstacole majore. Detaliile de acoperi\u015f \u015fi de fa\u0163ad\u0103 ilustreaz\u0103 clar modul &icirc;n care trebuie construite aceste zone. Cu toate acestea, experien\u0163a ne-a dovedit c\u0103 o serie de detalii de execu\u0163ie nu pot fi g&acirc;ndite de la &icirc;nceput, fiind l\u0103sate spre rezolvare &icirc;n \u015fantier de c\u0103tre montatori. &Icirc;n astfel de cazuri, se &icirc;nt&acirc;mpl\u0103 adeseori ca &icirc;n anumite puncte sec\u0163iunile de ventila\u0163ie s\u0103 fie prea mici sau blocate complet (de ex. la ferestre de mansard\u0103 sau lucarne). Recomand\u0103m totu\u015fi s\u0103 se respecte pe c&acirc;t posibil principiile de ventila\u0163ie ale acoperi\u015fului sau fa\u0163adei, deoarece acestea sunt singurele modalit\u0103\u0163i de
