Il est plus juste de parler de domaine thermique. Le zinc est soumis \u00e0 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne constant de dilatation et de retrait.<\/p>\n<p>Exemple:<br \/>\nUne goutti\u00e8re de 8 m\u00e8tres de longueur est pos\u00e9e \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 15 \u00b0C.<br \/>\nLa diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 100 K. La dilatation maximale en \u00e9t\u00e9 est de 11,44 mm.<br \/>\nLe retrait maximal en hiver est de 6,16 mm.<br \/>\nLe domaine thermique total de la goutti\u00e8re est de 17,6 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le domaine thermique ne peut d\u00e9passer 20 mm au total.<br \/>\nUne possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019expansion doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la construction en cas de domaine thermique de plus grande taille.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raccords de dilatation<\/strong><br \/>\nLe zinc-titane a un coefficient de dilatation lin\u00e9aire de 22 x 10-6 m\/mK. S\u2019il s\u2019av\u00e8re qu\u2019un dispositif d\u2019expansion est n\u00e9cessaire, nous nous basons sur une diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature de 100 K. Nous tablons notamment sur une temp\u00e9rature minimale de -20 \u00b0C en hiver et une temp\u00e9rature maximale de +80 \u00b0C en \u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\nEn cas de temp\u00e9rature de traitement de 20 \u00b0C, une temp\u00e9rature de 60 \u00b0C entra\u00eene la dilatation du mat\u00e9riau et une temp\u00e9rature de 40 \u00b0C le retrait du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n<p>Il est alors possible de d\u00e9terminer les mesures \u00e0 prendre \u00e0 l\u2019aide de calculs. Un raccord de dilatation est parfois n\u00e9cessaire pour garantir une dilatation\/un r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement libre.<\/p>\n<p>Des raccords de dilatation en zinc ou des joints de dilatation sont utilis\u00e9s pour les goutti\u00e8res. Lors de l\u2019utilisation de raccords de dilatation en zinc, des s\u00e9parations sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la goutti\u00e8re ou les pi\u00e8ces sont recouvertes d\u2019une s\u00e9paration.<br \/>\nLes raccords de dilatation en caoutchouc sont compos\u00e9s d\u2019un joint de dilatation et d\u2019une partie en zinc.
